Acupuncture

acupunctureAcupuncture is part of the traditional medicine of China, which has been practised for thousands of years. It diagnoses and treats underlying causes as well as symptoms. This is done by the insertion of fine needles in to the patient’s skin at special points called acupuncture points. Other techniques used are moxibustion (heat treatment of acupuncture points), massage and dietary advice to deal with physical and emotional problems.
