Bowen therapy
Bowen Therapy is gentle, non-invasive and can be carried out through light clothing. It consists of cross fibre moves over muscles, tendons, and ligaments that enable the spinal reflexes to assess and reset tension levels. Bowen treats back, neck and shoulder problems but also helps asthma, migraines, M. E., and similar problems. ‘The body is a genius and Bowen speaks its language’.
