Bowen therapy
Bowen Therapy originated in Australia and is acclaimed as ‘the most
exciting healing modality in the world’.
The therapy is gentle, non-invasive and can be carried out through light clothing.
It consists of cross fibre moves over muscles, tendons, and ligaments that
enable the spinal reflexes to assess and reset tension levels.
Bowen treats back, neck and shoulder problems but also helps asthma, migraines,
