This is a gentle, deeply relaxing and powerful healing for integration of mind, body and spirit. The therapist’s ‘listening’ hands focus on patterns of congestion and trauma, primarily arising in the skull and spine, yet connecting with the body as a whole. Subtle contact with the craniosacral system, (one of the body’s lesser known physiological systems), encourages a person’s inherent healing process rather than imposing change.
