Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is worked on the areas of the body most prone to tension
– the head, neck, shoulders and upper back. It provides a de-stressing
programme for the whole body, working on both physical and mental levels giving
the client a sense of calmness, peace and tranquillity. A treatment will relieve
neck and shoulder stiffness, headaches, sinus congestion, tinnitus, mental
tiredness, feelings of low self-esteem and insomnia. It promotes hair growth
and helps to address certain scalp problems while increasing levels of alertness
and concentration. A treatment will leave the client feeling revitalised –
relaxed yet alert.
