Neuro-linguistic Programming is a power methodology for personal change and
greater choices. Its uniqueness lies in its focus on how we structure our
subjective experiences in the mind, rather than what their content is. Used
in therapy it is a clean and effective way of healing the past and becoming
more fulfilled and resourceful in the present. It is particularly effective
with fears, phobias and trauma. Work tends to be short term.
