Pilates is a health and fitness programme to re-align and strengthen the body in a safe, effective way.
Pilates promotes flexibility, balance, co-ordination and concentration.

The gentle, subtle, deceptively simple exercises are designed to develop core stability, correct spinal alignment, improve posture and strengthen the back.
