Yoga is a discipline that promotes physical, mental and spiritual well-being.  Through yoga postures the individual learns to develop strength and flexibility, to regulate the breath and to concentrate the mind.  Regular practice of breathing and meditative exercises helps to keep body and emotions in a state of balanced harmony.
