Counselling and Psychotherapy, Psychological Therapies, Psychological Therapies: Counselling, Trauma and Tension Releasing Exercises (TRE)

Experienced counsellor/counselling supervisor working with anyone over 16 with most issues or symptoms. I offer a confidential environment in which you are enabled to reflect on your life experience. As a counsellor my stance is that clients know themselves better than anyone else. I will work with you sharing my knowledge and understanding to support the process of you coming to your own answers, deepening your understanding of yourself. By helping you to access your own resources, you’ll discover what is right for you and if necessary or desired, you’ll make changes in your life at your own pace of insight and growth. As my practice has developed I have learnt to integrate trauma informed psychotherapy into the way I work which emphasises tuning into the body for support and information not always readily available from the thinking mind and will collaborate with you to find the best way we can work together. Whatever your situation or symptoms I will meet you where you find yourself with respect and without judgment.

Accredited member of BACP abiding by their code of ethics and complaints procedure
