Bal-A-Vis-X – rhythmic BALance/Auditory/VISion/eXercises

Bal-A-Vis-X is a rhythmic, movement, focus and attention programme, developed by Bill Hubert from USA, over 30 years, and continues to evolve today.

The exercises utilise sand-filled bags, racquet balls and sometimes balance boards.

With purposeful movement that incorporates midline crossings in three dimensions, rhythmic and auditory based exercises, which enables the entire mind body system to experience the natural symmetrical flow of a pendulum. Improvements with balance, hearing, vision and brain/body integration can be achieved.

The BAVX programme is widely used throughout the world by teachers, parents and health professionals for dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, adhd, add, autism spectrum disorders, cerebral palsy, dementia, bi-polar disorder and more.

To date, three studies concerning the results of using Bal-A-Vis-X have been published and shared with Bill Hubert, founder of Bal-A-Vis-X. They are published with permission here for your reading and use:
