Bowen Therapy

Bowen Therapy is gentle, non-invasive and can be carried out through light clothing.

It consists of cross fibre moves over muscles, tendons, and ligaments that enable the spinal reflexes to assess and reset tension levels.

Bowen can be used to help people with back, neck and shoulder problems but can also be helpful with asthma, migraines, ME, and similar problems.
