Chiropractic is one of the largest complementary health care professions in the western world. It is regulated by UK law and practitioners must be registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) to practice.

It focuses on the relationship between the structure and function of the body and how that affects the preservation and restoration of health.

Chiropractors do not prescribe drugs nor perform surgery but use a variety of manipulations, adjustment and supportive techniques to help people with muscular and skeletal pain.
