Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE)

TRE is a series of simple exercises which can reduce symptoms of stress and tension by enlisting the body’s own natural recovery process and supporting healing at the deepest levels of the body where stress responses originate. TRE can be used on its own or to enhance other therapies enabling the integration of chronic patterns of tension providing a self-help tool which can be used as needed. TRE can be learnt quickly and adapted to fit any physical ability.
